Our aim as a team is to support and recruit marshals throughout the UK and Ireland at club, league and national level events.
To help marshals understand and implement the rules of marshaling within the sport.
With input from marshals at clubs and leagues, to formulate and establish new rules and procedures beneficial to marshaling within the sport.
Ensure a safe and managed environment when dealing with on track incidents.
Liase with medical services for the benefit of marshals and drivers.
As a 'decision making' team we are unique within motorsport circles.
The need for sharp observational skills, quick and accurate decision making and the ability to work independently and within a team is paramount.
